Zuzda is a face-paced, multi-varietal atmosphere. One has to be ready for anything, whether it be a dinner-time rush or several large parties.  This restaurant really helped me to understand prioritizing and thoroughness.

Expanding my repertoire of fine cuisine and wine.  Working at Restaurant G and Bistro Roca enabled me to expand my knowledge of gourmet dining.  Here I served under Executive Chef Michael Foreman as one of two primary servers.

Starting as a hostess, I was able to work my way up to Head Wait.  This position helped me to develop skills working closely with management and office organization.
